His background includes senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, Ogilvy & Mather, and Grey Worldwide, as well as military leadership in the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army — contributing to his disciplined, results-driven approach. Erik is a recipient of the Purple Heart, Expert Infantryman Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, GWOT Expeditionary Medal, and the Coast Guard Reserve Good Conduct Medal.

His expertise lies in positioning companies for funding success through persuasive narratives and refined visual strategies informed by best-in-class industry techniques. He is an expert designer and document developer with over 25,000 hours of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, Figma and WordPress experience.
Keith F.
Keith F. has over 15 years of experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking and has helped clients raise over $4.5 billion in Equity and Debt Capital. He has served on M&A engagements aggregating over $1.0 billion.
A seasoned Financial Professional, Keith graduated with a BA in Economics with Honors from Harvard College and received his MBA from Wharton Business School in Finance, where he graduated 2nd in his class.
Keith has worked at leading Wall Street Private Equity Firms and Investment Banks, including KKR and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Keith provides all the services of a Private Equity or Investment Banking VP, except on an as needed basis, saving client firms time and money and providing them with a flexible talent resource. He also works with numerous start-ups and small businesses to help them raise capital through his VC networks and solve their business problems. He has served as a Fractional CFO for numerous clients and enjoys working with small business, helping them flourish.
